The Sm-ART Youth Project – Year 1
The project aimed to make use of the arts in transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people. Through the weekly drama and music classes and the interaction with youth leaders and adult volunteers at the cultural activities, the students were enriched and empowered. The youth leaders and adult volunteers also learned to understand the power of the arts as an agent of change.
