An organization must meet the minimum requirements listed below:

  1. Registered as a charitable organization;
  2. Audited financial statements.

Submission of Applications

  • The Foundation will invite applications periodically. Please email for more information.
  • The Foundation will accept ONE application from an organization in a funding cycle.
  • Organizations interested in applying for a grant from the Foundation should first submit a Preliminary Proposal Form.
  • After the PPF is reviewed, selected organizations shall be invited to submit a Funding Application Form.

Approving Authority

Approval of an application rests with the Advisory Committee of the Foundation.

Approval of Application

Applicants will be informed in writing as to whether their application has been approved in full or in part.

Obligations of Successful Applicant

  • Organizations awarded funds must adhere to specific policies and procedures related to the use of grant monies.
  • Progress and financial reports should be submitted to the Foundation within three weeks at the end of each period.
  • Within three months of completion of the project, a final evaluation report and an audited accounts report must be submitted to the Foundation.
  • The Foundation should be acknowledged in all publicity materials related to the funded project.

Payment of Grant

  • Funds will be disbursed bi-annually after receiving the progress reports.
  • The Foundation should be informed of any major changes in the budget.
  • Any funds left unused should revert to the Foundation at the end of the funding period.
